Australian Christian College Victoria (ACCV) has announced the launch of its new virtual campus, Australian Christian College Victoria Online (ACCVO).

ACCVO is part of the Australian Christian College (ACC) network, the nation’s largest non-government distance education provider. The school currently operates 16 on-campus schools across five states, plus distance education in New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia – and now Victoria.

In the lead-up to its official registration from the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA), ACCVO received more than 900 expressions of interest from families and is now accepting student enrolments for Years five–10 for the 2025 school year. The school plans to offer VCE subjects as early as 2026.

The Australian Christian College Group describes itself as being committed to “transforming young people spiritually, academically and emotionally for lives of significance and service”.

Commitment to personalised learning

The school says that families who enrol with ACC Victoria Online can expect a high-quality, personalised learning experience that ensures every student receives the attention and support they need.

“Victoria Online provides parents and students with unrivalled flexibility and a top-notch education. We are thrilled to bring this model of schooling to the families of Victoria,” says Principal Caleb Peterson.

“Whether you’re living remote, your student is following a passion outside the classroom or for any other reason, our distance education curriculum offers qualified teacher support and is the ‘best of both worlds’ for Victorians blending live sessions with self-paced lessons.

Peterson says the model “isn’t a diploma mill”.
